Return Policy:

We have been in business for over 25 years and have had very few returns. If you are new to our products, we would like you to keep in mind that they are hand-made and never perfect. Almost every piece has bubbles and textures that are inherent in the manufacturing process and are not considered flaws. We pride ourselves on the hand-made and artistic qualities of our glassware, even of the imperfections, as anyone looking at the items can tell that a person and not a machine made it and that is what makes it special. Every piece comes with an "about the artist" card that describes the process and the bubble and textures that are apparent on each piece (See our About Us section of the website for this info). So, if you are considering our work as a gift, be assured that the person receiving the piece will not think you gave them a flawed item. When you order over the internet you can't pick out your own item so we choose the best possible pieces to be shipped. You will receive the best we can make. Please email us with any questions or concerns about our products so that we might lessen returns. We will refund the purchase price of the item if returned within 30 days.

 

Shipping Policy:

All orders placed that are in-stock, are generally processed within a week. Please remember we are a small family business with a store opened 6 days a week. We do not ship as quickly as some sites. If the item is out of stock and we have to make the piece for you, it generally takes another week depending on the time of year. If you need your item quickly please call us so we can let you know exactly how long it will take for us to get it to you or help you pick out something else comparable. Express shipping is possible, yet very costly. Again, you have to call us for pricing because it varies depending on the weight and destination. We ship through the post office as they mostly hand carry the boxes creating less breakage. We ship all over the country and have very few problems. If an item is received broken we will send out a replacement ASAP.

 

Shipping Charges:

We determine each shipment charge based on the weight and destination of the shipment. We keep our costs as low as possible. If you would like a shipping estimate on your order please give us a call or email us. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Privacy Policy:

We at Folio Art Glass appreciate and value all of our customers. We pride ourselves on service. We can assure you we do not trade or distribute any personal information to third parties. Moreover, all personal and financial information is kept within our company. Our internet technology provides reassurance from fraudulent use of credit cards, which in return, provides one of the highest levels of security.
